The greed

If anyone is listening the word on Wall Street is still "Greed is Good" and it shows no signs of changing. When will we have an actual champion for the PEOPLE stand up and fight for us? Is this all a game for them? Are they playing with our lives? What happened to real journalism? Sy Hersh is speaking out; how about the rest of you? You guys all know and continue to remain silent.

Jon Stewart is right, you all KNEW what you were doing and now you're expecting all of us to bail you out when we did NOTHING wrong! Where is the justice? Will we ever see it in our life time? Who will be our HERO? Jon, Keith, Rachel....any others? Why does Rupert Murdoch still control the media (and is still growing)? I don't get it. Are we all blind?

I am not a conspiracy theorist but I do believe that there are people of tremendous wealth and power that control this country. Until the people march in the streets and let the government know that we won't take it any more it will continue. Obama is one person; we need to fight for him! He cannot do this alone...SPEAK OUT PLEASE!!!!!

Real Time?

This weeks Real Time with Bill Maher left me disappointed. Having the 2 people panel was boring. They continued to spar and talk over one another so it wasn't at all satisfying. Dropping verbal "bombs" over Rush Limbaugh was contrite. We all know that Rush is a racist animal so why even go there? For ratings, that's why. If we all ignored Rush he would eventually go away. All of this attention keeps him in the spot light and keeps him employed. He is USELESS and a dinosaur in his views. Can't anyone see that?

The more we focus on tomorrow, the better off we will be. Also, focus on the positive. The negative will always be there but why do we insist on escalating it? Isn't anyone inspired any more? I am ready to move forward from these idiots. Main stream Media???

Isn't it time?

There is so much injustice taking place that it has become overwhelming to even keep track. I devote a significant part of my day to reading and getting updates on issues that it's difficult to stay ahead. I have a core group that I forward all of my updates to and they thank me so I continue on my quest for justice.

Every day we see MAJOR happenings and yet we just continue to ignore it. Or, if we don't ignore it, we act by signing a petition or calling our Congressmen. Does anything really get done about our concerns? Why aren't we hearing more about what the PEOPLE really want in the media?

Prime example, Sy Hersh writes in his blog that there is "An Executive Assassination Ring"and, if you are an MSNBC viewer, you saw it discussed on Rachel Maddow's show. Was it dealt with in depth in the main stream media (i.e. CBS, ABC, or NBC)?

We watch as Jim Cramer gets slaughtered on The Daily Show regarding his "dealings" in the past as a Hedge Fund manager and meetings with the CEO's of major companies that lied to him. Do we see anything about that, really? I hope that Cramer follows through on his promise to call these folks out and that we see action. Is Congress watching? After seeing and hearing about Bernie Madoff and the round of applause he received after being sentenced was enough to prove that people are PISSED!

I would find it very uplifting to see justice served once again. The past violations of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Yoo, Addington, Gonzales, Bremer, Wolfowitz, Miers, Bolton, Libby, Rove, etc. is enough to bring pause to this country. If we don't do something, and soon, they could all walk away and laugh at our country while doing it. We are all a big joke to them, don't you see it? They have conspired to bring our country into a Fascist nation run by thugs. The news organizations have been complicit in their behavior and should be held accountable as well. They are criminally negligent here. They ignored what they knew out of fear. Now we know that their conversations were recorded and yet we still see no punishment.

Isn't there anyone out there that can DO SOMETHING? I see that Canada is taking the lead against Bush. How can that be? I read that the Hague is interested as well in war crimes prosecutions. Eric Holder has best wake up! Do your job!! Prosecute! What are you waiting for? The next shoe to drop? It had best be a doosie that we haven't seen yet. Please, someone that has the power, get to the "Power brokers" and get a deal to prosecute. The GOP is down already so why not go for it while they have little or no strength to fight. We are in the RIGHT here....(a change for me!!) LOL!
